Our Mountain Theatre Company team is growing! We are excited to introduce you to Josh Helms, Development Director, and Lea Gilbert, Production Manager. They have joined our admin team this spring, just as our move to the Highlands Performing Arts Center is in its final stages. Be sure to welcome them to Highlands as you see them in the lobby at upcoming performances this season!

Josh Helms Development Director Meet Josh Helms! Josh joins the Mountain Theatre Company team with varied non-profit experience from youth-serving, healthcare providing, and educational organizations. Josh has been a resident of the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau for fifteen years.

His most recent non-profit experience was as Executive Director of Boys & Girls Club of the Plateau in Cashiers, where he led the campaign for a multimillion-dollar facility expansion.
